Tim has over 35 years as a solicitor for business in private practice. Tim has been involved with numerous start-ups, from incorporation to IPO and exit via private sales or flotation, and has experience working alongside political parties, sovereign states and their security services.
With 40-years in Information Technology, Robert has managed organisations of up to 450 people across Europe, Asia and America. He has successfully managed Start-Up and Scale-Up business to multi-million-dollar companies, in a variety of market sectors, securing funding as required.
Ray has over 30 years of finance experience across a variety of sectors, working both in the UK and abroad. He focuses on CFO positions in early-stage companies, delivering effective support to CEOs, founders, investors and other stakeholders.
